To the Edilor. Sir,—l would ask our City Fathers if it is necessary for the night-soil contractor to operate at 3 a.in. Sundays. If so 1 suggest that the ‘‘thunder” curt be provided with rubber tyres so as not to disturb our rest.—l am, eic., RATEPAYER.
