Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limit ‘ od, report having held a clearing sale at Waikanae on Wednesday on behalf jof Mr G. L. Bauuatync. There was a i good attendance, and, with the exception of a few dairy cows, a most satisfactory clearance was effected. • Quotai lions:—Mixed age ewes in lamb 15s to lfis fid, two and four-tooth wethers 19s Id, M.S. lambs 14s, cull lambs 10s 3d, small M.S. two-tooths lfis fid, aged ewes £9 to £l4 ss, woauer heifers £2, 20-month heifers, R.W.B. £4 10s to £6 4s.
