OLD BOYS' SOCIAL.
The management committal of the Old Boys’ Football Club’s social is to be highly complimented on the successful function held last night in th* theatre. There was a splendid attendance, the floor showed that careful preparation had been bestowed on it, the decorations, though not elaborate, were effective, the supper arrangements, thanks to the ladies, complete, while a musical programme, supplied br Miss Bevan, Messrs Walsh, Crichton and Craddock added materially to the harmony of the evening. Miss Rikihana (piano) and Master W. Rikihana (violin) supplied first-class music while Mr M. Murray proved a capable M.C. As a result of the gathering there will be a substantial credit balance.
