Te Horo (Juniors) 8 v. Otaki 0 at Te Iloro. Old. Boys (Juniors) 14 v. Seniors 8 at Otaki. Hui Mai (Juniors) teat Levin Rovers at Manakau. TE HORO v. OTAKI. This match was played at 1« | Horo. and resulted as stated about. The visitors had a mixed team while the home lads had a strong conbiua- j tiun. McChesney and Marino scored tries while Gawler converted one try. OLD BOYS JUNIORS v. SENIORS. This match was played on the domain and the juniors won by a margin Of six points. It was a good contest and those present left the grounds quite satislied with what the\ witnessed. Tries for the winners were scored by Hakaraia (-)■ D’Ath and H. Ransiield. one each, while M. Hakaraia converted uue trv for the losers. Hapi and Kehu Hakaraia scored one apiece. Jacob TUiku converting Hupi's try. Mi H.
Kilmister refereed. For the winners (back) -Mclntyre, Udv, D'Ath itr-s. were the pick -- Enoka also shone out. In the pack nl plaved well but M. Hakaraia was a host in himself. la the lot all the backs did their share. Hapi Hakaraia and Jacob were perhaps the pick vhde iu the forward division nil did then U Next Saturday the two teams may play the Hui Mai teams. Her some time this gentleman was captain of the old Native team that went on tour, and which did remarkably wO4 while he has coached several teams with marked success, aft Mi.*. roach, has had considerable experience in football circles or, the West Coas - Both should be acquisitions to the Club, and under their guidance members ghould profit.
