Fiom 3rd November the following rate* are to be charged on inland par- ! cole:—For first 11b or fraction thereof, 6d; for each succeeding lib, or fraction thereof, up to and including 101 b, 2d; for each lib, or fraction thereof, beyond 101 b up to 281 b, Id. The postage rates applicable to an 111 b parcel are to be charged on all parcels (except parcels containing' fish- ; Lng rods, golf sticks or similar articles) that weigh less than 111 b if such parcels exceed i feet length and girth combined. i A fragile rate of 6d is to be charged on all inland parcels that do not exceed 4 feet length and girth combined, ? and of 9a on those that exceed 4 feet l ength and girth combined which the > render? desire forwarded to de.tina- | ticn in hampers.
