‘•OLD BOYS’ CLUB. The second annual meeting of the Old Boys’ Football Club was held is i the Taiuui meeting house on Wednesday evening, Mr L. Hansby presiding | over ci large attendance of players and ! supporters. After discussing the Club’s position • re last season's play. Mr F. Wilson pro--1 posed that senior and junior teams be entered for the competition this season. to be called.the Old Boys. Mr E. Clark seconded the motion which was carried. A captain and vice-captain for both teams will be elected at the general meeting to be held this week. It was also decided to hold gym practice on Tuesday and Thursday nights, also to arrange a match with Maris: Bros’, i team (Wellington) at Easter time. | The Club will hold a meeting at Hansby’s saloon on Thursday evening. The Club acknowledges a donation ! of 10s 6d from Mr T. Walsh and a troj -i.hr trim Mr -T. P. Brandon.
