PARCEL POST.
From 3rd November the following rates are to be charged on inland parcels:—For first lib or fraction thereof, fid; for each succeeding lib, or fraction thereof, up to and including 101 b, ?d; for each 11b, or fraction thereof, beyond 101 b up to 281 b, Id. Tho postage rates applicable to an 111 b parcel are to be charged on all parcels (except parcels containing fishing rods, golf sticks or similar articles) that weigh less than 111 b if such parcels exceed 4 feet length and girth c-ombined. A fragile rate of fid is to be charged dr all inland parcels that do not exceed 4 feet length and girth combined, :md of &d on those that exceed 4 feet ■ ’jgth and girth combined which the j Benders desire forwarded to destination in hampers. The fragile fees, ; lowever, do non apply to parcels con- ! taining fishing rods, golf sticks, op j similar articles that exceed 3 feet 6 j inches in length.
