THE PAIRS’ FINAL.
The final for the pairs’ trophy presented by a member of the Otaki Club was played on Saturday, the pairs being A. Smith and T. H. Wiudley (skip) and H. Kilmister and J. Noble (skip). The game proved very interesting, and at the eleventh head Kilmister and Noble jvere leading by one. There was' not much between’ them in the ensuing ’play, but Smith apd Windley gradually overhauled the leaders, anil finally Won by 20 tVI7.” ’
