TO-NIGHT. "HANDS OFF." Motion picture lovers who see "Hands Off," the new William Fox production with Tom Mix; famous Western star, at the Otaki theatre tonight, will witness one of the most remarkable exhibitions of quick shootin- ever seen on the screen. It will not be camouflage-a fact theatre patrons can see for themselves. Mix .hoots a rope in two, and in such fashion that only a bullet could possibly cut it.' In one of the scenes in "Hands Off" Mix, as a cowpunchcr, takes umbrage at a bully who lias insulted the preUv daughter of a ranchman. Mix Lows his .ope over a telegraph wire and around the .rufiiau's body and. draws his six-Shooter and with a quick .hot slips the rope just above the man's head and drops him into the trough, where he gets'a good ducking.

As a feature that is heralded as the nlo st important event in screen drama, "The Passion Flower," starring Norma Talmadge will be the big attraction at the theatre on Saturday night. This picture is taken from the stage play of the same name, which is written by "the most noted of Spanish dramatists Miss Talmadgc has always expressed the desire to appear in a Spanish role, and as Acacia the beautiful Castilian daughter, she has an admirable role, to which she does ; credit.
