THE SPRINGBOKS.
The Springbok meeting, to be held at Paraparaumu on Wednesday, is one that should draw visitors from all parts of the district. Tho South Africans are very fine runners and doubtless will mako a display worth witnessing, while it is hoped with handicaps that local athletes will run well. Besides the main events there will be high and long jumps, hop, step, and jump, ladies races, etc. Admission will be one shilling, while afternoon tea will be available.
