To the Editor. Sir, —Sirou our Councillors will meet, and I hope they will take into consideration that swimming baths for Otaki are needed. In a few months we will have high-pressure, then why not in the meantime make arrangements for baths, wherein our children could learn to swim, and perhaps in years to come be the means of saving valuable lives.
