GERMAN WOMEN BECOME UNRULY. Berlin, December li. Five cases of murder committed by women have been reported to the Berline police in one day. The outstanding crime is that cf Emma Lehmann, the middle-aged wife of a bank manager. The couple had been living their own lives for some time past. Last night Madame Lehmann fired three revolver shots at her husbano when he returned from work and he fell mortally wounded. The woman then dragged her husband into her bedroom, where she undressed, went to bed and slept soundly, despite the groans of the victim. The woman arose next morning auici spent an hour over the toilet of her Pomeranian dog, which she afterwards took for a walk and finally handed over to an expensive animal hospital with instructions that it should be taken care of until she fetched it. She then reported the
crime to the police. When asked why she had delayed, she replied that the welfare of her dog was far more important, than the announcement of the death of her husband.
