NEW RATE? i. From 3rd November the following rates are to be charged on inland parcels:—For first lib or fraction thereof, 6d; for each succeed! ng lib, or fraction thereof, up to f'nd 101 b, ' 2d; for each lib, f,r fraction thereof, beyond 101 b up'to/281b, IdThe postage raies applicable to an lllb parcel are, to be charged on all parcels (except* parcels containing & s "-' ing rods, golf 'sticks or similar armies) that weigh Ijjsa than IHb if such P**" eels exceed ,'4 feet length and g/'*** l combined. A fragile rate of 6d is to be charged on all inland parcels that do not ex- ' ceed 4 feet length and girth combined, and of 9d on those that exceed 4 feet length and girth combined which the senders desire forwarded to destination in hampers. The fragile fees, however, do not apply to parcels con-, taining fishing rods, golf sticks, or similar articles that exceed 3 feet 6 inches in length.
