SPORTS CLUB FOR TE HORO.

At a meeting of “sports” at Te Horo on Thursday night, Mr Patten presiding, it was decided to form a club and hold a sports gathering early in the New Year. It was agreed to make it a district affair. Subscriptions will be canvassed for, and if funds permit the Otaki Brass Band will be engaged for the day of the sports. Alessrs Roy Wiudley and AV. AVarnock were appointed joint secretaries and Mr J. Cottle treasurer. A further meeting will be held at an early date.
