The Huprerce Court. PalmerJts' North, was again crowded on SatWday, when the trial of VfAc-TtA Spencer Eaeton, the well-known Fw ton horse owner, on a charge 'A f*" jury was continued before bU H<«* Mr Juetiee Chapman and a jury. & P. 8. K. Macasse-y, of the Crown L»* Office, prosecuted, and the acemed »■ represented by Mr T. M. Wilford. After evidence by Estates had &«» heard, the jury, which retired at 4-1* p.m., failed to agree, and fck Eo*»' ordered a new trial, to take place a* Wanganni or- November 25th. -'-'-' was admitted to bail.
