LEVIN STOCK SALE. Messrs Dnlgety and Co., Ltd., report having offered a good yarding of sheep and cattle at the weekly sale at Levin on Tuesday. Competition was fairly keen, and most of the stork offered changed hands. Quotations:— Tat hoggets 355, lambs ISs, ewes with lambs 40s to 435, m.s. hoggets to 25s €d. light fat cows to £l2 3s, vealers £2 Is to £3. 3-year steers £!> 10s to £ll, 2-year coloured steers £i> 3s, springing heifers £7 10s to £l2 17s Gd, empty 2year heifers to £S, yearling heifers £5 to £0 ins. yLEVIN STOCK SALE, Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report: —At Levin on Tuesday wc had a fair yarding of pigs and sheep and a good one of cattle, which were submitted to a fair attendance of buyers. Fat sheep sold well, and there was n good demand for cattle. The demand for grown cattle was exceptionally keen, a pen of 4-year goodcenditioned bullocks making £l6.
