HONOURS BOARDS.

ERECTED AT TE lIOEO METHODIST CHURCH. There have just been erected, in the Te Horo Methodist Church, two very handsome brass tablets in* honour of the men connected with the church who served and fell in the Great AVar. The tablets are of solid massive brass, mounted on oak, in the shape of shields, of handsome design. The wording is as follows: No. 1: “To the glory of God, and in memory of the following soldiers f rum the Te Horo Methodist Church, who fell in the Great War, 3914-3 S; Sergeant P. K. Buchanan. Corporal H. P. Best, Lance-Corporal Geo. J. Cooper, Rifleman R. (Jack) Morgan. Rifleman Arthur Taylor. Faithful unto death!” No. 2: “Roll of Honour. Men from Te Horo Methodist Church who took part in the Great AA'ar, 1914-18:—H. P. Best, J. J. Harold Best, David H. Buchanan, Peter K. Buchanan, Geo. J Cooper, Edward AY. Diaper. Richard J. Hagan. R. (Jack) Morgan, Victor E. Morgan. Charles O. Strom, Arthur S. G. Taylor, Thomas F. Taylor. ”- The honour boards wore, most thoughtfully and generously donated bv ifrs J- Best, Te Horo. and bear ploquent and littiug testimony of the part played by the Methodists of Te Horo in the Great War. a
