BUSHED.

♦- AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Some excitement was caused in T' Iloro yesterday morning, when it be came known that Mr T. H. Windle; and liis son Roy, who had gone out pi; hunting the previous morning, had no home. Search parties were a once organised, and set out to look foi the missing couple. Fortunately, hou ever, Mr Wimlley and son got liouu safely about 2 p.in. yesterday, ant their arrival homo . allayed much anxiety. They entered the bush at Mrs Cleland’s property, Hadficld, and became “bushed.” However, the;, fared well, and though they had ti. spend the night in the bush, they made their way out next day, emerging from the Mangaone Valley. We arc glad t< say both are little the worse for then unpleasant experience. Elsewhere Mrs Wiudley thanks all those who went out to search for ho husband and son.
