SHORTAGE PROBLEMS. The City Milk Committee, with the problem of short supplies and othej matters before it, is having a very bus,' time. Or. W. 11. Bennett (chairman ol the Atillc Committee) informed r “Post” reporter that the present position its regards the shortage is that tin Peatherston Dairy Partners' Associ ation have tleiinilely declined to submit the matter of price to be paid tor their milk to arbitration, and that they wil not. supply at the price asked by them without the written consent ol the Board of Trade to such price beim paid. The public will await with ii tcrest the next move in the matter.
