GERMAN ELECTIONS.
KAISER BEING WATCHED. London, June -i. Well-informed authorities anticipate that the German elections will show a marked swing towards the Right, it is understood that the Conservatives. pan-Germans, Militarists and Peoples Party will gain from ISO to 3.3 seats. I he Majority Socialists will lose heavily, possibly 70 seats. The Anti-militarists and Democrats will lose a third, and the Independent Socialists will gain perhaps 30 scats. It is feared that whatever the result, the Socialists and Militarists will raise trouble. Amsterdam, June f. The Dutch police arc watching every corner of the Doom Estate, the e.\Kaiser’s now residence. Detectives have been assembled at an adjacent village, and the commander of the constabulary accompanies the ex-Kaiser . when motor driving. The reasons for these precautions have not been disclosed, but are attibuted to the anticipated revolt following the German elections on June 6th.
