TENNIS CLUB A7?P3OVES SCHEMB j A special general meeting of member, of the Otaki Lawn Tenuis Club was held at the Druids' Hall on Saturday evening last (Mr Frank Penn in the chair) to consider the proposed scheme of amalgamating the Otaki Bowling Club. Tennis Club and Social Club. Messrs T. O'Kourke and J. P. Brandon (representing the amalgamation committee) waited on the meeting, and explained the proposed scheme, details of which have already been published. A few questions were asked and answered, after which it was unanimously resolved to support the proposed scheme, and Messrs C. T. Atruore and Frank Fenu were appointed to represent the Tennis Club on the finance committee of the amalgamated clubs.
