Washington, March 14. Senate Ims agreed to-day to close J the long debate on the Treaty, and a vote will be taken on Monday on the [lending reservations. It is unanimously agreed that by midnight on Monday, the controversy over Article Ton will be disposed of and the other reservations will then be taken up. ami a final vote on the question of ratification may bo expected in the latter part of the week. Friends of the Treaty say that the last hope for ratification is gone, and a canvass of both sides of the Cliamshowed that nineteen Republicans and eighteen Democrats will vote against the ratification.
