MINISTERIAL CHANGES.
Wellington, March 3. In the course of a long important address to -lite conference of Chambers Of Commerce to-day, the Prime Minister made reference to the reconstruction of the Ministry, and announced the allotment of portfolios. The new appointments announced were: Minister of Public Works, Hon. J. Coatcs, at present Postmaster-General and Minister of Justice; Minister of Justice, Mr B P Lee, member for Oamaru; Mm* £r of Education, Mr C. J. Parr, membe, for Eden. Mr Masscy then referred to changes in other directions.
