NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. LICENSING COMMITTEE ELECTION, 1920. TN pursuance of Section 44 of the Licensing Act, 1908, I, RICHARD WILLIAM PERCY, Returning Officer for the Otaki Licensing district, hereby give notice that an election will be held for the purpose of electing five members of the Licensing Committee for the said Licensing District, and the latest day for receiving nominations of candidates will be noon on SATURDAY, the 2Sth day of February, 1920, and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said district on TUESDAY, the 9th day of March. 3920. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district, On a nomination paper as prescribed by Section 105 of the Legislature Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before noon on the 28th day of February, 1920.
