Sir,—We have many in Otaki who roundly condemn the Otaki Town Board, and it would now bo interesting seeing we arc shortly to hate a vacancy —to have a few of them contest tho seat. A “know-all” on the Board would be an advantage, but we want no “blubber-skitters”- —men who keep in the background and pelt mud. or inea who talk volumes and do nothing else.—Yours, OUT FOIt JUSTICE.
