Sir, —Without casting the slightest slmr on'Monday night's function at the theatre—in fact I ask the promoters to accept my congratulations for its success —I would like to urge the necessary of gatherings jvhero children are concerned starting at an earlier hour, say 6.30 or 7 p.m. Many children are put to bed at 7 p.m.. and in justi«» to these mites it is only fair to give them ' consideration. At Monday's function several of the smaller folks had the "yawns" and were restless, a fact which aggravated others. —Yours ;.-:'. uncjl.e joe.
