DIVORCE COURT.

At the Divorce Court at Wellington yesterday Mr P. W. Jackson appeared for Ethel Maud Blanche Gertrude Quill, who sought a dissolution of her marriage with John Michael Quill on the ground of habitual drunkenness. The marriage took place iu .1907, and there were four children, but only one was alive. The respondent, it was alleged, began drinking soon after marriage, and scarcely ever worked. He lived on" his mother, who resided at Otaki. His mother provided him with money to go to Dunedin to sit for the dental examination, but instead of doing that he went on a drinking bout and never wenf near tho examiners. He went to the front in 1916 and returned carly this year. He was at present working on tho wharf. Corroborative evidence was tendered, and his Honor granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months,
