, Now that most of our soldiers have • returned to New Zealand and that the Great War will officially terminate toon, it is essential that those rddiers who have made “so, licr wills' ’ should carefully note the following information:—All wills made by soldiers will have no force or effect, except where the soldier dies during or within six months- after the termination of the war, unless the will is one which has been duly signed before two attesting witnesses by a soldier who was over 21 years of age when he signed the same. The date of the termination of the war for this purpose will be the date to be named in a proclamation to lie made by the Governor-General. All soldiers who have made such wills are tm're fore warned and advised to make new wills in the ordinary form appropriate to civilians.
