RIFLE SHOOTING.
j HAUTERE RIFLE CLUB.
| On Saturday last members of the Hautere Rifle Club had tho second *shoot for the Champion Belt and trophies. The conditions wore anything but good, but a very creditable score of 28 was put up by a youug shot, Rifleman P. Gay. Tho conditions were
seven' shots at 300 yards, with a s*ineh bull.
Next Saturday will complete the shoot for trophies. Following are the scores for Saturday’s shooting:—
