MANGAHAO ELECTRIC SCHEME
(By Telegraph—Special to “Otaki Mail.”) ' Foxton, October 17. Speaking at Foxton last night, Mr Hillier (Labour candidate) stated that on the Bth inst. only ten men wore working at the Mangaliao hydro-electric headworks. Unless speeding up was urged the works would not be completed within the next decade.
