MANY PROPERTIES CHANGE HANDS, Messrs L. and J. Griffiths have disposed of their farm property, Otaki, to two Te Horo returned soldiers, Messrs Taylor and K. Hagan. Mr Harold Boekett, of Te Horo, hast sold his property, which will also bo settled by returned soldiers. Mr Laurie, another returned soldier, has secured Mr J. Singer V farm. Te Horo Beach Road. It is reported that Mrs W. Clelaud has disposed of her Te Horo property to Mr J. Fielding. Mr Mathers, well known in Otaki and district, has purchased Mrs B. V.. Thompson's Tc Horo residence and adjoining property, including the old Te Horo cheese factory buildings. Mrs Thompson, we understand, will go to Palmerston North. It is also reported that Mr R. D. Harkness has secured Mr Evans' far;.; property {late Mr- Eli Allen's). Mr Harkness having disposed of his Beach Road farm property to the Government for soldiers' holding-. . Hunt's farm has also beX-n purchased for soldiers' settles ent.
