MAIL NOTICES.
Mails for United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, per Athenic, close at the Otaki Post Office on Thursday, 18th September, at 6-.30 p.m. Correspondence must be specially endorsed per Athenic.
Mails will close on Thursday,' September 18th, at 9 a.m., for Australia, South Africa, Egypt, and the East, per Maheno.
MAIL NOTICES. On and after July 2nd mails will close at the Otaki Post Office as under: For Wellington and South. —9 a.m. at 5.30 p.m. For Palmerston North and North. — 10.30 a.m. and 4.25 p.m. Clearance of receipt boxes will remain unaltered. All registered letters and parcels I must be posted half an hour before I mails close. In view of tho altered train service tho following alterations have been made in tho despatch of mails from the Otaki Post Office:— On Tuesdays and Thursdays the north mails will close at 9.50 a.m. by the New Plymouth up express. On Mondays and Fridays the south mails will close at 4.25 p.m. by New Plymouth down express. J. W. HODGSON, Postmaster.
