NEW BUILDING PEOMISED AT EARLY DATE. A deputation, consisting of Messrs C. I. Harknes.., J. H. Murray, H. Andrew and A. Whiley, was introduced by Mr W. H. Field, M.P., to tho Hon. Hii W.
