TOWN BOARD PLAN.
To the Editor. Sir,—There was a move many moons ago to convert Otaki into a borough. On enquiry I am told no plan is available yet. Why? Surely it does not take months, nay years, to have a plan executed. In fairness to members of the Town Board I would like to knew who is to blame. Perhaps the chairman can answer.—Yonrs, SAP.
