MUST BE SIGKSD EY JUKE 20th Paris, June 2. The "Echo de Pari.-." states that the 1 Allies have decided to refuse the latest ! German proposals, and to notify the German delegates that they must sign or refuse before--. June 26th. It is authoritatively stated that if the Treaty is not signed by the end of June Germany will be instantly invaded from the west and north, or from the Baltic, and peace will BOfe be accepted until Berlin is occupied.
