> ADDINGTON MABKET. 'Christchurchj- May 28th. At Addington market there were moderate yardings of fat cattle and fat anibs, small yarding of sheep and fair entries in other departments except in store e'atie and pigs, in which very few were offered. Fat lambs and fat sheep advanced a further Is and Is 6d per head and prime fat cattle were also firmer, but much of the yarding was unfinished. There was little or no change in other classes of stock except vealers, which were dearer.
Store Sheep.—Two-tooth ewes to 22s 2d, four, six and eight-tooth ewes 21s tOd t0.25s 10d, sound mouth ewes 17s •4d to 17s lid, two and four-tooth wethers 2-ls, four and six-tooth wethers 25s •Id, sound mouth wethers 21s, ewe lambs 17s (id, mixed sex lambs 15s 7d, wether lambs 13s Id to 15s 2d.

LEVIN SALE. / Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report:— At Levin on Tuesday, 27th inst., we had a large yarding of both sheep and cattle, comprising an entry of run cattle and fat sheep on behalf of the Trustees in the estate late -Tohn Davies. There was a large attendance of buyers and competition was keen and practically the whole yarding changed hands at an advance on late rates. Eat sheep sold exceptionally well. We quote:—
