TOWN BOARD MATTERS.

(To the Editor.) Sir,—l notice we have three good men out for Town Board honours. Now, in my mind, it is difficult to select one, and I-suggest that they address a meeting of ratepayers. Mr. Mackie has previously been a member, and proved a worthy one; Mr Williams is a live and thorough business man; while there is no reason why Mr Noble should not be a success. Well, we cannot elect the three —worse luck, therefore let’s have their views, either before a mooting or through the columns of the “Mail.” — I am. etc., FLAT LUX.
