The last of these b'oats is due a few days before tho end of the month. There is still outstanding, however, a return of the voting of the soldiers in Samoa—some 200 in all. These votes arc fo bo counted in New Zealand in the same way as transport votes; and as a mail from Samoa is not expected until the second week in June it will bo some timo before the final and authoritative result of the poll can be made known. 1 |
