TE HORO.
Miss Diaper, our local postmistress, who has been in Wellington on holiday, returned home last night. The school children yesterday enjoyed a holiday* owing to painting operation* at the school not being completed. Mr Malcolm, county engineer, was here to-day, and it is understood'that the proposed strip of tar-sealed road will be done in the course of a few I days. Road improvement is being effected south of the township.
