Among the artists who will appear ir Levin with the Chautauqua, whirl opens* on March 3, is tlie Appollo Concert Company. Herbsmati, campnigt manager for the late Colonel Rocwcvell and a speaker of lire and vigour, will be present. In his lecture on. "carry on” the relationship between Amc>ri« and Great Britain is most ably discussed.
