MR GILLIES’ SALE. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report:— We conducted a most successful clearing sale on account of Mr P, A. Gillies, at Te Horo, on Wednesday, sth inst. There was a large attendance of buyers from various parts of the district, and bidding was very keen. Prices were as follows:—Fat and forward bullocks £l6 2s to £l6 Bs, cows and calves £ls, 24-year scetrs £S os, mixed sex 18-months cattle £6 4s, fat cows £ll Is, dairy cows in milk £lO 12s 6d to £l3 Os, dairy heifers in calf £9 6s, pedigree S.H. bull 27gns, fat sheep: 29s 3d to 30s 6d, 2-tooth ewes 26s Id, mixed 2-tooths 16s to 255, 2-tooth wethers 26s lOd, 4-tooth wethers 29s 9d. draught horses’£26, £26 10s to £3O, trap mare £l2. Implements and sundries also sold at satisfactory prices.

LEVIN STOCK SALE. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report:— At Levin on Tuesday, 4th inst.. we had a good yarding of sheep and cattle, which was submitted to a representative attendance of buyers.
