A SHIPMENT OF BANANAS.
Auckland, February 4. The Talune, which arrived from the Islands yesterday, brought a shipment of bananas, which are believed to be generally fully matured, and not in a condition to facilitate transhipment to the South. The local demand will probably be sufficient to prevent them becoming a glut on the market.
