‘ itOME. ’ ’ A welcome home to soldiers . who have been on active service was held at Tc Horn-on Friday night, when there was a large.attendance. A number of vocal and instrumental items were rendered, ■ among these being:— A'iolin solo, Miss McLaughlin;' song, Mi-, Olive MeLaughlan; song, Atiss Diaper; song, Miss Laura Evans; song, Airs T.ces-EJliott; piano solo, Air AfeLaugWan; song,Mr Tilley; song, Mr Cooper. A returned Native gave an interesting sketch of his experiences in France, A dance followed, when ail spent a convivial time to music supplied by Afr and Aliss AlcLaughlan. Extras were supplied by Miss Evans end Airs fe'ooper, while Mr O. J. Spiers was M.C. Supper; was supplied by the ladies.
