The final head was .played anxiously, and kitty was well surrounded. A line bowl by O’Rourke, however, dislodged one of Ayrc’s, and the game was won, 17-16, in the former’s favour. ' Williams and D. Noble had a comfortable win from Larkin and R. F. Smith, 29-20, despite the fact that the latter pair scored 13 on three heads. The winners.’ score consisted of two fours, two throes, live twos, and live singles. The losers scored on seven heads only. Knight and Petrie had a runaway victory from St. George and Noble, despite the fact that the latter pair were three up on tile 7tli head.
