BRITAIN READY TO TILL ORDERS. Cablegrams received from the British Department of Overseas Trade state that the restrictions on . manufacture, imports and exports have already been largely relaxed in the United Kingdom, and there are. good prospects for the export trade, as far as tonnage permit)-'. Orders placed during the war have now a good prospect of execution, and arrangements for new business may be made. Permits to manufacture and priority certificates arc no longer required, and British manufacturers are open to receive and fill orders in many lines that have been closed during the war,
