NOTICE is hereby given that this Board proposes ; (1.) To form and metal the Namu Road from its junction with the South Road to a point 3 chains above the sectional boundary of Sections 72 and 73. (2.) To borrow for such purpose the sum of £4OO under “ The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” and to pay out of such loan the cost of raising it. (3.) To strike as security a Special Rate of 1 l-12d in the £ on all the property hereinafter described. (4.) To constitute the Namu Special Eating District, comprising the following lands, viz., Sections 63, 60, 72, 78, 74, 75, 65. GB, G 9, 70, 71, and all the unoccupied native laud fronting the Namu Road, all of Block IX., Opunake Survey District, and Section 1, Block IX. and X., Opunake Survey District.
