To drain, form and grade the Ngariki Road, commencing at the boundary between Sections 11 and 12, Block IL, Opunake Survey District, and terminating at end of present felled road, opposite Section 18, Block 111., Oponake Survey District. (2.) To borrow for such purpose the sum of £6OO, under the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886. and to pay the cost of raising the said loan and first year’s interest out of the money to be borrowed.
