That it is proposed to drain, form, and metal the Watino Road from the Eltham Road to a point one chain below the Railway Reserve. (2.) That for such purpose it is proposed to borrow the sum of £4OO, under the provisions of the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, and its amendments, and to pay the cost of raising the loan and interest thereon for one year out of moneys to be borrowed. (3.) To use all Land Fund accruing to the Special Rating Area for payment of interest on the loan. (4.)
