Mr Newton King's Weekly Report. Cattle.—At Stratford, on Tuesday, there was a small muster of stock, the prevailing low prices offering no inducement for stockowners to yard their cattle. There was, however, a largo attendance, and a good many buyers present; these, however, were very chary of buying, though actually in want of stock ; the unsettled state of the market being doubtless accountable for the somewhat nervous hesitation manifested in operating at the hammer.
