The election passed off quietly here, it being estimated that little more than half the. Votes in the borough were recorded. The polling at Inglewood and Waitara was considered animated; Stratford quiet. Waitara, This day. The result of the polling here was : Bayly 11, Bluck 185, Cock 8, Connett 19, Davis 104, King 30, Maxwell 119, McLean 114, Price 22, Ralfe 110, Shearer 109, Teed 11.
